Faced with climate, economic, and geopolitical threats, we need to strengthen collectives and those who lead them. However, a third of managers have never been trained in leadership, especially in a context of unashamed predatory practices and massive disinformation.

In the Manhattan Project, soldiers organized scientists to conquer the atom. In the Apollo program, scientists landed soldiers on the Moon.
The Aguerrir mission aims to develop this synergy, in service of major collective projects.

Our goal is not to militarize democracy, but to democratize defense: to transmit what the army can teach to the civilian world and what the civilian world can teach to the armed forces.

The strength of the army lies less in its leadership than in its organizational culture. The “Aguerrir” mission therefore studied these inner workings. From this, it developed a methodology for businesses, designed to guide their team culture towards higher levels of engagement.

Once the culture of engagement is defined at the strategic level, the “Strengthening Mission” helps leaders disseminate it and managers embody it. It offers catalog training programs, interventions, and personalized support.

The Aguerrir mission is committed to raising awareness and preparing the public for geostrategic disruption. This involves publications, conferences, the creation of educational tools, and the operation of a defense information media outlet, to bring civil and military societies closer together.
