We are in an undeclared state of emergency.
Faced with climate, economic, and geopolitical threats, we need to strengthen collectives and those who lead them. However, a third of managers have never been trained in leadership, especially in a context of unashamed predatory practices and massive disinformation.

CIVIL-MILITARY COOPERATION
Some of humanity’s greatest achievements have emerged from the dialogue between civilian and military leadership:
In the Manhattan Project, soldiers organized scientists to master the atom. In the Apollo program, scientists landed soldiers on the Moon.
The Aguerrir mission seeks to develop this synergy, in service of great collective endeavors.

Our goal is not to militarize democracy, but to democratize defense: to share what the military can teach the civilian world, and what the civilian world can teach the armed forces.

The strength of the military lies less in leadership than in its organizational culture. Mission Aguerrir has therefore studied its underlying mechanisms and drawn from them a methodology designed for companies, helping orient their team culture toward higher levels of commitment.

Once a culture of commitment has been defined at the strategic level, we help leaders disseminate it and managers embody it. We offer catalog training programs, events, and tailored support.
All our instructors are veterans of command.

Mission Aguerrir is committed to preparing the public for geostrategic disruption. This involves publications, public talks, the development of educational tools, and the operation of a defense news media platform aimed at bringing civilian and military societies closer together.
