A BOOK ABOUT

COMMAND

In this book, Captain Nicolas Brault shares his vision of leadership, forged with the soldiers of the Foreign Legion.

BIOGRAPHY

A graduate of Sciences Po Paris and the Saint-Cyr Military Academy, Nicolas Brault taught history in Seine-Saint-Denis before joining the army.

As a captain in the French Foreign Legion, he commanded a section of “men without names”, and later severd in the Mountain Commando Group.

His new mission is to develop civil-military cooperation and help prepare executives for the challenges of our time.

Nicolas Brault also contributes to public debate through his column in Les Échos, his podcast Quartier Libre, and his social media channels.

To move from reading to action, “Donner l’ordre ne suffit pas” is delivered through a series of public talks and two original workshops: one designed for leadership teams, and another for managers.

These innovative formats have already proven effective for teams at companies such as Enedis, Crédit Mutuel Arkea, the Banque de France, Accor, Forvis Mazars, and MBDA.
