The army fights battles, but it is nations that win wars. It is therefore urgent to strengthen the resilience of businesses involved in building the country.
Geopolitical instability is forcing organizations to become more resilient. At the same time, teams and clients are questioning their company’s role in the national and regional resilience chain. This is why the “Harness” mission proposes that leaders add a defense component to their business strategy.
Even in the face of serious threats, a sense of mission alone is not enough to mobilize people. The only way to strengthen individual commitment is to reinforce team cohesion.
This requires a granular improvement of what connects employees to the company’s social contract.
Too often, corporate values are manufactured by communications professionals for marketing purposes. The “Aguerrir” (Harden) program proposes building them with leadership veterans for management purposes.
By defining the organization’s identity, value system, and managerial manifesto, managers will find guidelines for every stage of their managerial career: from recruitment to annual reviews, including onboarding, delegation, and performance reviews.
Faced with a series of mounting crises, we must address the crisis that underlies them all: the leadership crisis. To meet this challenge, the mission ☰ aguerrir fosters dialogue between command and management to strengthen leadership.
To develop the posture of authority, we created a collective reflection workshop around case studies, straddling the line between command and management.
Through inspiring lectures and thematic masterclasses, our speakers present in French and English on topics such as engagement, decision-making, information risk, and current geopolitical events. They are all military veterans with at least 10 years of operational experience.
The strategic seminar is an intensive one-day training session for managers. It brings together all or part of our proprietary workshops, or other content developed by the mission’s associated speakers.
Our missions with companies fund initiatives that bring civilians and soldiers closer together. With its video content, publications, and non-profit projects, the ☰ aguerrir mission aims to be an accelerator of civil-military cooperation.
